2 Amend your booking

Need to amend your booking? You can add bags, change your collection slot time, or update any other details using from your account in our booking management portal.

3 Check In Online

Remember to check in with your airline ahead of your driver arriving. Your driver will need to see your Boarding Passes and Passport (for international flights) or Identity Documents (for domestic flights) when they arrive.

4 Your bags are collected from your home or hotel

Our friendly driver collects your bags, and checks your documentation at your chosen address.

5 Bag Check-In

Our driver then checks your bags in at the airport ahead of your flight. We let you know by email and SMS that this has been completed so that you can travel without the stress of worrying about your bags.

Enjoy the stress-free, hands-free experience at the airport. With no bags, you can sit back, and enjoy the bars, restaurants, or shop until you drop in the Duty Free area.
